	No. 18 - September 2008 This issue of the ‘eco’ newsletter contains an exciting new approach for web-based application of the Conservation Areas Reporting and Tracking System (CARTS), and articles showcasing progress on protected areas in a number of jurisdictions, including British Columbia, Northwest Territories, Manitoba, Quebec and Nova Scotia.
