- Name, position and contact information of the person
submitting the information.
- A headline/title.
- A short description of the item (about 35 words).
- A website link and/or a person's name and email address
for more information.
- A photo or graphic is optional but recommended to add
interest.
- A file may be attached containing a longer story if this
is not available elsewhere on the web. Where possible, this additional
information should be provided in a standard PDF format. If this format
is not available a Word file can be provided and the web master can
convert it upon request.
- Long reports that do not belong to CCEA will normally
not be posted on the website.
